What You Need to Know
I know that life happens. That’s why I try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your set appointment, there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 24 hours, I will have to charge a 50% cancellation fee.
Please Let Me Know
Please be courteous to the other clients at Hair By Jade and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, I may have to reschedule your appointment for another time. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let me know so I can minimize any disruption to my other customers.
